Choir and conductor
The voice, the gesture and the room — the work the Showcase exists to hear.
An initiative of the Buang Moloto Foundation
Saturday 31 October 2026 · Rustenburg Civic Centre · City Hall and the broader precinct. The epic main attraction of Arts Showcase — one day, not a festival week.
The voice, the gesture and the room — the work the Showcase exists to hear.
Positioning
The Choral Showcase is the epic main attraction of Arts Showcase. On the same Saturday, in and around the Civic Centre precinct, the day also holds crafts, books, visual arts, poetry, marimba, Setswana traditional dance, fashion and interactive drumming. Some of these sit inside the choral programme as other performances. Others are stalls and exhibitions inside and outside the City Hall.
A dignified space where voice, orchestra, movement, language and story meet.
Fewer ensembles, stronger production value, a more memorable artistic experience.
Developing choirs beyond a single performance day into a sustainable institution.
Tickets
R150. Civic Centre seating for the full artistic journey.
R400. Reserved hospitality for guests who want to sit closer to the work.
Nearest Pick n Pay outlets, or online at webtickets.co.za.

The day
Locate the day in dignity, gratitude and purpose.
